Please read these terms carefully before using e-Cards at mediasquare.com.sg web site.
Your access and use of the mediasquare.com.sg web site and services mean that you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
The contents of this website, such as text, graphics, images and other material are protected by copyright and remain the property of Mediasquare.
All e-Cards at mediasquare.com.sg are designed by the teams of designer in Mediasquare and it is retain all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, to the Ecards on this website.
The e-Cards are come in either statics( GIF JPG or PNG) or animated (SWF or GIF) format. Some format may require installation of the third party software/plug-in in order to view the e-Cards. Mediasquare will not be responsible for any installation failure or problem.
All working sources files of the eCards are not included.
No change or modify of Design for all eCards. Cost will be incurred if any changes or modify of design required.
Mediasquare will suggest that eCard come in the format of SWF or Flash animated card should upload to your own server and send the link address to your clients for viewing.
In the event where hosting e-Card is required. You should registered its own domain name and hosting services through the hosting provider.
Mediasquare will not hold responsibilities in any failure for sending and receiving the e-Card by the Clients and the Recipients.
Mediasquare will not be responsible for any failure of the e-Card due to the downtime of its server, network connection or any material provided by the third party.
All payments to Mediasquare are non-refundable.
Should the Client wish to cancel at any point during the process they shall remain liable for the work that has taken place and shall be invoiced accordingly.
Mediasquare may put a small designed by-link on the bottom of the e-Card page or e-Card to the establishing authorship credit. Should the Client wish to remove the designed by-link from their web page, a written notice of design-by link removal is requested.
Mediasquare reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms of services at any time.
This terms of services apply to the e-Cards. Other products or services may be bound separate terms of services.
